Join our Decal

Enroll in our weekly 2-unit decal, where you will learn the project management and technical fundamentals it takes to build a concrete canoe!

Explore our Divisions

Attend meetings for one or more divisions every week, where you will gain hands-on experience contributing to the canoe fabrication process!

Compete with Us

Come cheer with us at the annual Mid-Pacific (MidPac) Regional Competition every spring, where we showcase, present, and race our canoe!

Interdisciplinary Approach

The Concrete Canoe team encompasses many branches of civil engineering, providing a unique opportunity for students to grow and explore. Participating in our team exposes students to areas like construction, materials design, structural, and environmental.

Professional Development

In addition to the myriad of technical skills you learn on the project itself, Concrete Canoe develops its members professionally through project management preparation and networking opportunities.

Community

We are home to a variety of majors, ranging from Civil Engineering and Materials Science to Biology and Economics. As more than just a project, our team operates as a close-knit community where members build lasting connections—whether collaborating in weekly division meetings or winding down at social events. This sense of camaraderie, combined with a long history of competition and success, allows students to call upon a large, knowledgeable alumni network.
